The Hebrew word “l’chayim” means to life! Let’s face it – life without good health isn’t a lot of fun – a good life and health are intertwined together. We need a fresh revelation to walk in God’s ways of living including healthy eating, exercise and sleep (as opposed to staying up on our computers or TV til all hours). Walking and living in divine health is not just how we treat our bodies ; as important as that is, walking in forgiveness, truth and love are critical for a healthy heart and long life.
“Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies. Turn from evil and do good, seek peace and pursue it.” Ps. 374:12-14
Lord, I come humbly and confess that it is not easy for me to just forgive those who have hurt me…help me to not speak evil but keep me in Your arms of love and let me return Your love and kindness instead of adding more pain. I desire to be a vessel of blessing and healing.
